Guitar, drums, and didgeridoo combine to create noisy improvisational jams without structure or destination. The music falls somewhere between the drone of stoner metal and the Grateful Dead’s space jams. Menstrum is a musical friendship lovingly maintained by it’s three founding members for 2 1/2 decades. Started the same year as the first InDidjInUs gathering, the goal of the band has never been to showcase the didgeridoo, but rather have it respectfully earn it’s place onstage as just a part of a musical ensemble.
